Delete your Haris account

You can delete your Haris parent account and all of its data at any time.

In the app (recommended)

1. Open the Haris parent app and sign in.
2. On the family screen, tap the Delete account icon next to Sign out.
3. Confirm twice. The account, every child profile, all reports, locations and screenshots are deleted immediately.

By request

If you can no longer sign in, send us a message from the contact page using the e-mail address of your account. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in, child profiles, screen-time reports, locations, screenshots, alerts, push-notification tokens and store purchase records. A licence key bought on this website is released so it can be used again. A subscription made through Google Play or the App Store must be cancelled there.
